Open Grant Applications

The HNPF is actively seeking public and private partners to fund the construction of the recommended recreational and educational enhancements proposed for the Huie property.

The HNPF has received one grant and has talked to several additional grant agencies regarding promising grant opportunities.

 

The 319(h) Non-Point Source Pollution Grant

The CCWA and HNPF are partnering to improve the existing overflow parking lot for Hicks Water Treatment Plant to include Green Infrastructure elements that will protect the Pates Creek Watershed, a Clayton County Drinking Water Supply. The parking lot is intended to provide parking for future recreational and educational facilities. The construction of the parking lot will be completed by the end of March 2021.
